N SRIHARI (Standing Counsel for ZPP MPP and GRAM PANCHAYAT) The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that despite making representation dated 27.02.2023 for non removal of the encroachments made on the road margin abutting to petitioners’ agricultural lands near Sy.No.3 of Badarala Revenue Village, Lingapalem Mandal, Eluru District, the authorities have not acted upon. 2. Heard Miss P.Haritha, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Y.koteswara Rao, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat and Sri Chandrasekhar, learned Assistant government pleader for Revenue. 3. Learned Assistant government pleader for Revenue on instructions dated 16.04.2023 submitted that the respondent authorities have already initiated action on the petitioners’ representation and further action would also be taken in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant government pleader for Revenue that the authorities concerned would take steps in accordance with law, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following directions: <The Gram Panchayat concerned shall take steps for removal of encroachments, if any made in petitioners’ agricultural lands near Sy.No.3 of Badarala Revenue Village, Lingapalem Mandal, Eluru District in accordance with law by issuing show cause notices to all the concerned parties inviting explanation by giving reasonable time and to pass a reasoned order after providing an opportunity of being heard and communicate the same to all the parties concerned in accordance with law within three(03) months.= Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
