1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the respondent authorities to grant pension and other retiral benefit to him from the date of his retirement.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that they will send file relating to the pensionary claim of the petitioner before the concerned authority by today itself.
4. In pursuance of direction given by this Court, Mr. P.R. Mahadewa, Joint Director, Pension & Treasury, Ambikapur is present before this Court through V.C. and would submit that within 10 days they will release pension of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State that they will release pension of the petitioner within 10 days, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
