GP FOR REVENUE 4 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to distribute house site pattas in the land of burial ground and Idga Masjid in Sy.No.135 to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents (Gramakantam Land) situated at Siraladoddi village, Kadimetla Gram Panchayat, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District to the proposed beneficiaries under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu programme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents relying upon the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Yemmiganur Mandal, dated 23.09.2025 submits that as per old adangal in Sy.No.135 in an extent of Ac.17.65 cents is a grama kantam land and as per the webland adangal also the Sy.No.135 in an extent of Ac.17.65 cents is a grama kantam with khata No.20001403. The VRO, Kadimetla village and Village Surveyor, Kadimetla village have reported that, on verification of the field, an extent of Ac.3.95 cents is covered with gramakantam (house sites and constructed houses), Ac.1.90 cents is covered with burial ground and Ac.12.00 cents is hill in the said survey number. Finally, the Village Revenue Officer, Kadimetla has concluded that the land was not allotted to any Idga/ Masjid in the subject land. 5 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 & 6 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.50 cents situated at Siraladoddi village, Kadimetla Gram Panchayat, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. The written instructions of the Tahsildar, Yemmiganur Mandal, dated 23.09.2025 shall be made as part of the court record. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
