Subsequently, there was compromise and the dispute stood resolved. Acting on the compromise, the Bank issued certificate dated 2nd May, 2025. He hands up with copy to Mr. Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.1. 2. On query Mr. Srivastava submits, there was no direction issued for noticing respondent no.2. We find name of respondent no.2 reflected in the certificate dated 2nd May, 2025. Contents of it reproduced below. "To whomsoever it may concern A consent letter dated 01.05.2025 has been submitted to Bank of Baroda Kadirpur Branch by both the authorized signatories Mr. Amit Singh and Mr. Shahank Shekhar of Shri Brijlal Singh Shiksha Prasar Seva Samiti Account number 50640200000272 regarding resolution financial dispute and release of account for normal operation." 3. In view of the aforesaid, it appears petitioner has obtained his relief. No order, therefore, need be made. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
