Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without registering any crime against the petitioner, the Police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of one Kata Samrajyam, the petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry and that a preliminary enquiry is in progress. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the case against the petitioner.
