HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Order 24/11/2025 The present writ petition arises out of the order passed by the learned Appellate Court, whereby, while allowing the appeal filed by the respondent, the temporary injunction granted by the trial Court has been set aside. In the present writ petition, notices were issued on 20.08.2025 and an order of status quo was passed by this Court.
[2025:RJ-JP:47540] (2 of 2) [CW-12370/2025] Both the parties are in agreement that the order dated 20.08.2025 may be made absolute, subject to the condition that the trial Court be directed to decide the suit at the earliest. For the reasons mentioned above, the order dated 20.08.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to expeditiously decide the suit between the parties, which has been pending since 2020.
