This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.02.2025, passed by the respondent No. 4, the Chief Medical Officer, Hamirpur. Further, the petitioner, by way of the present petition, has sought for a direction to the respondents to issue the petitioner, a permanent mental disability certificate. Having regard to the nature of the prayer and as consented by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
