This is an application alleging violation of order directing the learned Civil Judge to dispose of the Misc. Case no. 35 of 2023 within a time frame. It appears from the record that an order was passed in the Misc. Case on 08.11.2024 wherein it was recorded that the applicant has not served the copy and accordingly a date was fixed on 18.12.2024. The learned Judge passed an order on 18.12.2024 recording that the parties have filed Hazira and the petitioner has filed the affidavit of service and the postal track report. Accordingly, the date of hearing has been fixed on 01.02.2025. 2. This Court, therefore, finds that there is no violation of order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court.
