This Criminal Revision Case was filed challenging the order dated 04.09.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.73 of 2011 in M.C.No.16 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, granting interim maintenance to the respondent No.2/wife. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the e- Courts case status information M.C.No.16 of 2011 was disposed of/allowed on 02.03.2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same. 4. In view of the disposal of main Maintenance Case i.e., M.C.No.16 of 2011 on 02.03.2012 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, nothing remains in this Revision Case for further adjudication.
