Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that instead 2. of filing mee-seva application to conduct survey, the petitioners filed representations that it is not the legal procedure for conducting survey in lieu of filing mee-seva application and further stated that if the petitioners file anew mee-seva application as per procedure set forth for conducting survey, the same will be considered in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners herein to file anew mee-seva application as suggested under the Act within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to conduct the survey and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months therefrom.
