This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ, order or direction mare particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not filing the charge sheet since 6 years in FIR No. 22 of 2015 of Vidavaluru police station, Vidavaluru Mandal, Nellore District, as it is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the Article 14 86 21 of the constitution of India and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to file the charge sheet within 2 weeks and to pass.…=
