Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.4 to 6 by filing his vakalatnama today in the Court which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made the following prayers:- "(A) A writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the Application/Representation dated-15- 02-2025 (Annexure No. 7 of this writ petition) for grating electric connection of 10 horse power as applied on 14-11-2024 for private tube-well through Application No.1008477683 online portal of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Fatehpur forthwith within stipulated time ; Otherwise petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. (B) A writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to transfer the old connection of Khata No.751724562872 installed in Gata No.1405 in village Tarapur Bhitaura of late Suraj Prasad in the name of petitioner for which there is no necessity of consent of respondent nos.4, 5 & 6 which is situated in the Bhumidhari land of petitioner in his share ; Otherwise petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. (C) A suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2 being the Executive Engineer, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Malwa Fatehpur should forthwith decide the representation dated February 15, 2025 filed by the petitioner with regard to grant of new electricity connection as applied by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent no.2 being the Executive Engineer, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Malwa Fatehpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 15, 2025 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and private respondents, keeping in mind that the petitioner has fundamental right to enjoy the electricity connection. 6.
