No. 255/2024. 3. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioner for quashment of FIR Nos. 447/2023, 438/2023, 442/2023 & 176/2023 (Annexure P/1), registered against her at Police Station- Ambikapur Dehaat (Gandhinagar), District Surguja (C.G.), for offence under Section 420, 467 & 468 of the IPC. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and as such he wants to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take recourse to law, if so aggrieved. 5.
