For Petitioner(s) : Mr.R.Prabakar For Respondent(s) : Mr.U.Baranidharan Special Government Pleader ORDER The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus challenging the impugned rejection order dated 23.01.2025 passed in ICP/md;Dhh;/11/2025R/Annur/Book1/2254/2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to carry out the correction in index data as per Partition Dated 14.06.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2025 and 14.02.2025. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and his family members entered into a family partition dividing their joint family property under Partition Deed dated 14.06.2017, registered as Document No.2254 of 2017 before the Sub Registrar Office, Annur. It is further submitted that in online encumbrance the subject property has been wrongly described. However, the above representations have not been considered by the respondents till date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. 3.At the outset, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents produced a copy of letter dated 03.06.2025, addressed to the Special Government Pleader by the Sub Registrar, Annur.
