JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 20/02/2025 These appeals have been filed by the appellants against the order dated 06.05.2024 read with order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition [2025:RJ-JP:7704-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-89/2025] No.5029/2024 and S.B. Writ Petition No.2977/2024, whereby suspension orders dated 11.02.2024 & 12.02.2024 of the respondents-petitioners were stayed. While staying the suspension orders, a liberty was given to the appellants-State for conducting the inquiry proceedings in accordance with rules. We have heard counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge. After perusal of the material available on the record, we are of the view that the writ petitions against the suspension orders are still pending before the learned Single Judge and also in our view that no illegality has been committed by the learned Single Judge while using the discretion for staying the suspension orders. In that view of matter, no case is made out for interference by this Court, hence, these appeals are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellants-State to move appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for early disposal of the writ petitions.
