Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Law Officer, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving as Physical Education Teacher at GSSS Devgarh, District Shimla, H.P. since December, 2018, which is a difficult area and he has filed a representation for his transfer to a station of his choice in District Kangra. He further submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, said representation of the petitioner, which is appended with the petition as Annexure P-1, dated 05.10.2024, is directed to be decided by the competent Authority within some reasonable time. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the representation made by the petitioner, appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-1, shall be decided by the competent Authority, sympathetically, in light of the averments made therein, within a period of two weeks from today, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law and if possible, the petitioner be adjusted at a station of his choice as mentioned in the representation P-1. If need so arises, the petitioner be given opportunity of personal hearing before deciding his representation. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
