“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and condone the delay in filing the instant revision, in the interest of justice.”
3. From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 724 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time.
4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated.
