This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 374 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 07.05.1988 in Sessions Trial No. 200 of 1984( State of U.P. Vs. Siya Ram) passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Agra whereby the trial court has convicted the appellant for three years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 1000/-. 3. As per the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad dated 09.10.2025, the sole-appellant namely Siya Ram had died. 4. Since the sole appellant-Siya Ram had died, th present criminal appeal is abated in view of the provisions applicable. 5. Accordingly, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having become abated. The record of the present criminal appeal is consigned to record. 6. The lower court's record, if already received shall be returned back to the trial court itself.
