The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Deoria to decide the aforesaid revision No. 330/354/2020-21, computerized case No. 202154052000001242 (Rajesh Vs. Radhey Shyam and others) under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that title revision filed on behalf of petitioner against the order passed by Settlement Officer Consolidation dated 14.2.2019 is pending since 27.2.2019. He submitted that certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding is annexed along with the writ petition in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Deoria to decide the aforementioned title revision expeditiously preferably within period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording proper opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
