Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a crime on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 06.06.2019. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have called both the parties and conducted preliminary enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the subject matter is civil in nature. Therefore, they have not registered any crime on the complaint made by the petitioner. 4 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
