1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in MCRC No. 7876 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Varsha Vankhede had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.10.17 15:29:24 +0530
2 earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 07.01.2025, requested for and was granted a further period of six months time to conclude the trial. Thereafter, the learned JMFC Ambikapur, District- Surguja again prayed for and was granted extension of two months time to conclude the trial vide order dated 07.08.2025 in CRMP No. 2461 of 2025.
4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 29.09.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of accused is yet to be recorded.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
