1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to incorporate her name as nominee of respondent No. 5 whereas in the service book of respondent No. 5 name of other lady and two children have been included as nominee.
2. From perusal of the record, it is quite vivid that there is inter se dispute between the petitioner and respondent No. 5 or his wife whose name has been incorporated in the service book. Therefore, at this juncture this writ petition is not maintainable. However the petitioner is at liberty to file suit for grant of succession certificate or to take any other remedy available to her under the civil law.
