HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT APPEAL No.176 of 2024 JUDGMENTr^Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) This Writ Appeal has been filed aggrieved by thp order, dated 08.11.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.39477 of 2014, wherein the appellants herein are directed to consider the case of the respondent and provide alternative employment in a suitable post to which the respondent is entitled. During the course of hearing of this case, the learned counsel for the appellants has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the Depot Manager, A.P.S.R.T.C, Jaggaiahpet, dated 23.09.2025. Relevant Paragraphs of the said proceedings reads as follows:- 2. “ In connection with the above subject, it is to submit that the W.A.No.176 of 2024 came up for hearing on 18.08.2025 and the Hon’ble High Court passed orders directing the respondents to issue orders to provide alternative job as directed by the single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.39477 of 2014, dated 08.11.2023 within two (02) weeks, failing which the appellants shall appear before the Court. 4 In compliance with the orders of Hon’ble High Court, dated 18.08.2025, the petitioner attended the office for engaging as contract Shramik at Jaggaiahpet. Sri Sk.Rasul Saheb, C.961462 reported for duty at 10.00 A.M on 23.09.2025”. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that as per the directions of this Court, dated 08.11.2023, the respondent was engaged contract Shramik and to that effect appointment order was issued to the respondent. He reported tp duty on 23.09.2025. as 4. Learned counsel for the respondent also endorsed the same.
