This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Police to register a crime on the representation dated 26.12.2024 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Police have not registered the crime basing on the representation of the petitioner since the subject matter is civil in nature. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum.
