Therefore, application for review along with application for condonation of delay bearing CAO No.1445/2024 is filed. 2. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application for condonation of delay as well as review application so as to pending Special Civil Suit No.11/2024 would proceed further. As such, permission is granted to withdraw the CAO No.1445/2024 and MCA St. No. 17949/2024. Accordingly, both the applications stand dismissed. 3.
