The petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to register the Conveyance Deed in respect of Plot No.473G, Sector-19, Phase allotted to the petitioner.
It is the case of the petitioner that he had applied for registration of the Conveyance Deed in respect of the afor mail dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure P-1). However, 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-2), the said request has been rejected without assigning any reason and as a matter of fact the said order is a non and a cryptic order.
