At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial is at advance stage, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage, to which, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certi1ed copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
