ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos. 5 to 7 in insisting the petitioner to vacate from the agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.51 cents comprising of Ac.0.15 cents, Ac.0.12 cents and Ac.1.24 cents in Sy.Nos.529-7, 529-6 and 529-4 respectively situated at Cumbum Revenue Village and Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary; consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject
