It is submitted by the Respondents that the amounts have been deposited in the account of the Contempt Petitioner in Canara Bank bearing Account No.2424101008142, IFSC : CNRB0002424 and MICR : 530015003. 3. Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner submits that the amount deposited in the Writ Petitioner’s account could not be withdrawn on account of KYC issues. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Contempt Case giving liberty to the Contempt Petitioner to satisfy the Bank with regard to KYC issues and withdraw the said amounts. 5. With these observations and directions, this Contempt Case stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
