The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 223/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 317(2), 308(2), 308(5), 318(2), 338, 336(2), 346, 61(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 29.09.2024, Patratu (Bhadaninagar) Police, apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons from a place near Matkama Railway Crossing on the allegation that they were realizing Rangdari from businessmen. 4. It was submitted that no one has come forward to claim that the petitioner was demanding Rangdari from him. It was further submitted that the co-accused Sagar Kumar and Suraj Singh have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S.
