GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.20888 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not register the FIR in pursuance of my complaint, dt.6-12-2019 against unofficial respondents 5 to 9 under Secs.467, 468, 420, 406, 409, 506 (2), 384 and 120 (b), 149 r/w. 34 IPC and Sec.67 of Information Technology Act, is quite illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against to the principles of natural justice and abusing process of law and consequently to direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to register the FIR in pursuance of the complaint, dt.6-12-2019 made by the petitioners against the unofficial respondent nos. 5 to 9 under Secs.467, 468, 420, 406, 409, 506 (2), 384 and 120 (b), 149 r/w. 34 IPC and Sec.67 of Information Technology Act…..” 2. None appeared for the writ petitioners, though the matter is posted under the caption <FOR DISMISSAL=. Earlier also, there was no representation for the writ petitioners. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
