M KISHORE BABU The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus to direct the 5th respondent of Jarugumalli Station House Officer, Prakasam District, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, without any authority of law, violate of principles of natural justice and under provisions of board 2 standing orders Articles 14,21 and 300-Aof constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to don't call the petitioner to the police station for settlement of the civil dispute while the OS.no.12/2021 .Suit is pending at Principal Junior Civil Judge at Kandukur and further all proceedings till disposal of the main writ petition.” 2.
