The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming following relief(s):- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and quash/ set-aside directing to the respondents that the petitioner should be re-appointed to the post of Mitanin Trainee and to quash the procedure for removal of petitioner as unlawful and bad in law and in violation of established principle of natural Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 law and direct the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages and other consequential benefits in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the instant matter for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may also be pleased to grant the cost of the petition to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner was earlier appointed on the post of Mitanin Trainee and she worked up to 2019, however, by an oral order she was removed from the service of Mitanin Trainee. He would further submit that presently vide order dated 11-03-2025 the writ petition of similarly situated Mitanin Trainee has been allowed by the coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is also entitled for the same relief as has been passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No.196/2025 and other batch of petitions vide order dated 11-03-2025. She has already moved her representation on 28-06-2025 before the respondent No.3, but till date no relief has been granted to her. Therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as well as the order dated 11-03-2025 passed in WPS No.196/2025 and other batch of petitions. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection if such a direction is made to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28-06-2025 in accordance with law and also in view of the order passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No.196/2025 and other batch of writ petitions. 4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the 3 petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 28-06-2025 (Annexure-P/2) in accordance with law as well as in view of the order passed by coordinate Bench of this Court on 11-03-2025 in WPS No.196/2025 and other batch of petitions as early as possible. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within two weeks from today to respondent No.3. 6. With the aforesaid observation and directions the present writ petition is disposed of.
