Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 17.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7935 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection for the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any.
