Pursuant to the order passed on 12.09.2025, the proposed arbitrator has given his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to act as an arbitrator. 4. Accordingly, Mr. Justice Vipin Sinha (former Judge of this Court), residing at 10, N.K. Kukherji Road, Behind Rajapur Roadways Workshop, Civil Lines, Allahabad, (Mob No.- 9415289923), is appointed as the arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses, in accordance with the provisions of the fourth schedule inserted by Act No.3 of 2016. 6. The order dated 12.09.2025 is confirmed. The application under Section 11 of the Act thus, stands allowed.
