On 21.01.2025, the learned Government Pleader had submitted that the detenue had been arrested by the officials of the 5*^ respondent 19.01.2025 and was produced before the Learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, on 20.01.2025. It is further submitted that the detenue had been remanded to judicial custody. on 2 RRR, J & Dr. KMR, J W.P.No.1403 of 2025 On 07.04.2025, the learned Government Pleader again submitted 3. that the detenue had been granted conditional bail by the Magistrate and that the conditions of bail were not being complied with. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo attaching a show cause notice issued by the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa, to the respondent authorities on the complaint given by the wife of the detenue. It appears that the said enquiry is still going on. 5. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the detenue or the petitioner to avail of their remedies in the enquiry initiated by the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa, by placing the necessary facts before the Magistrate.
