“...to issue a writ, order or orders, or direction more particular in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring not implementing in the impugned G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance & planning (F.W.P.C.111) Department dated 22-04-1994 is illegal, arbitrary, against Article 14, 16, and 21 of constitution of India which sought to regularize all the daily wage employees declaring the action of the respondent directing that the appellant services be regularized with effect from the date of the completing their five years continuous services as was laid down by the Apex court in District collector/chairperson and others vs M.L Singh and others 2009 8 see 4 and pass such other order or orders...." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical circumstances, with respect to employees who are working in the same department, W.P.No.31504 of 2023 was preferred. A Coordinate bench of this Court by an
order dated 20.03.2025,
disposed of the same directing the respondents to consider the case of petitioners therein for regularization, in accordance with law.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents also submits that in view of the order passed in aforesaid writ petition, case of petitioner will be considered in line with the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
3 HCGRJ W.P.No. 11279 of 2025 in view of the above
submissions, since the petitioner is
5. working in the same department, which falls under Act No.30 of 2023 of the Andhra Pradesh Regularization of Services of Contract Employees Act, 2023, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to examine the case of petitioner under the aforesaid Act and take an appropriate decision regarding regularization, in accordance with governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
