By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order of termination of service as Homeguard volunteer dated 13.03.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that in view of the Government Order dated 02.12.2016, petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to file representation before Divisional Commandant, Home Guards Chitrkootdham, Division Banda. 4. I decline to grant indulgence at this stage. However it is provided that in the event petitioner prefers a representation before the Divisional Commandant, Home Guards Chitrakootdham, Banda, the same shall be looked into and decided by the competent respondent authority within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
