The present Cr.M.P. has been =led with the following prayer:- “(1) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. bearing No.852/2024registered on 17.11.2024 at Police Station Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara (C.G.)(Annexure P/1) for the o5ences punishable under Section 420,34 of IPC in the interest of justice; (2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire Charge Sheet bearing No.960/2024;led on 19.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baloda Bazar for the o5ences punishable under Section 420,34 of IPCon the above mentioned facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice.
