1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased set- aside/quash the impugned transfer order dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), so far as petitioner is concerned, whereby the the petitioner's services have been transferred from Government Polytechnic College, Bhatapara (C.G.) to Government Polytechnic College, Ramanujganj (C.G.) without any justified reasons, in the interest of justice.
10.2. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, relief reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Polytechnic College, Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh to Government Polytechnic College, Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh on administrative ground and no one has been transferred in his place. The parents of the petitioner are old aged person and as such the transfer order may be quashed and he may be allowed to work in his original place of posting from where he has been transferred.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that
3 cannot claim quashment of the transfer order as it is exigency of service so far as none posting of any person is concerned it will not come into the way, the petitioner has to join his duties on the transferred place.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the authorities concerned and the authorities concerned are further
directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of
submissions made by the petitioner as well as the documents. According to the petitioner, representation has already been filed, if the petitioner wants to add something new he is allowed to file a fresh representation before the authorities concerned.
5. The authorities are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within four weeks.
6. Till the decision of the representation, the impugned transfer
order is kept in abeyance.
7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands
