1. Heard on I.A. No.1/2025, an application for deleting the name of respondent No. 8- Narendra Kumar Bhadraja from the cause title of memo of petition. 2. On due consideration, the application is allowed and the counsel for applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent No.8 from the cause-title of memo of petition, during the course of the day. 3. Heard on admission. 4. This MCC has been filed for restoration of petition, being WP(C) No. 2275 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 01/10/2024. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. 6.
Accordingly, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and the petition being WP(C) No. 2275 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original number. No order as to cost. Sd/-
