Lal Krishna) under Section128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Maharajganj, District Jaunpur within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2023, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.111 of 2023, within six months from today, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
