From the record of the case it is evident that a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.02.2024, condoned a [2025:RJ-JP:43420] (2 of 2) [CMA-2610/2017] delay of 591 days in filing of the present appeal, subject to payment of cost of Rs.6,000/- within three weeks. It has since come on record that even after passing of more than one and half year, the aforesaid cost has not been deposited as of yet. Such contemptible laxity cannot be permitted. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non-payment of costs as directed by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.02.2024.
