THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.149 of 2018
ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 13.10.2017 in W.P.No.34088 of 2016 by the respondents.
2. While disposing the said Writ Petition, learned Single Judge of this Court directed the competent authority to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 21.11.2015 & 29.11.2015 for providing retirement benefits and other such benefits in accordance with law.
3. A Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein paragraph No.6 reads as under:
6. I humbly submit that, consequent to the issue of the Office
Order dated 15.03.2018 treating the petitioner is in service upto 30.06.2010 all the eligible retiral benefits were paid to him as follows:

4. Mr.A.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in view of the payment of all the eligible benefits to the petitioner, the order of this Court is fully complied with and sought to close the Contempt Case.
5. At that stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having some grievance about the amounts paid by the respondents to the petitioner and requested to grant liberty to challenge the same.
6. In view of the above factual position, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court is complied with and accordingly, the Contempt Case has to be closed.
7. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed by reserving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps to ventilate the grievance of the petitioner, if still he has any grievance about the payment, in the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
