Sri G.Raju, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with after 15.10.2025. 3. Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the above and submits that the order passed by the Writ Court has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, though there has been some delay in complying with the order of the Writ Court, having regard to the compliance now reported and the contents of the affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent on 15.10.2025, the delay is condoned and no further action is required. 5. Notices issued are discharged. The Contempt Case is closed, No order as to costs.
