Since none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Tarak Karan, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities. In view of the nature of the information furnished, I direct the Officer-in- charge of Hingalganj Police Station to keep a strict vigil if the situation still persists and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 526 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
