1. Present review petition has been filed for the review of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the issue can be resolved amicably in case, all the litigation initiated by the petitioners as well as by respondents No.3 & 4 against each other, are withdrawn by them and the petitioners are allowed to retain the accommodation in question till
31.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the litigation initiated at the instance of the petitioners will be withdrawn by the AARTI SHARMA 2025.05.28 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CM-6083-CWP-2025 in/& -2- RA-CW-194-2025 in CWP-6515-2025 petitioners without there being any objection, on the very next date of hearing itself wherever the cases are pending.

Respondent No.4, who appears in person and on behalfof respondent No.3 submits that they will also withdraw all the litigation pending against the petitioners at the first available date of hearing as and when the cases are listed before the Court. Respondent No.4 further submits that as the marriage of his son is to be solemnized, the house in question is needed and being the elder brother of petitioner No.1, a sum of Rs.75,000/- will be paid by him to the petitioners so that he can arrange the accommodation for him for the next six months wherever he deems fit.
5. The said offer is acceptable to the petitioners.

Keeping in view the above, as prayed for by the parties, present petition is disposed of with the observation that as the parties have amicably resolved their issue the parties will withdraw all the litigation pending against each other at the first available date of hearing by giving due statement before the competent Court of Law/Authority wherever the cases are pending keeping in view the amicable settlement arrived between them. Further, the vacant possession of the house in question will be given by the petitioners to the respondents No.3 & 4 on 01.06.2025 and before the said date, a demand draft of sum of Rs.75,000/- will be given by respondents No.3 to 4 to the petitioners.
