The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Total 150 liters of illicit country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from a sack, loaded on a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. 4.
