ASI Sombir, along with his team, approached the truck, where the driver was seated. The driver identified himself as Sudesh Kumar and claimed that the truck was carrying ceiling fans. He further mentioned that the truck's owners, Sonu and Anil, were following him in a Swift car (registration number HR-88A-8717) and had instructed him to arrive quickly. It has been further contended that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation and cooperate with the investigating officer. Notice of motion.
