The concerned SDM, Sector-67, Gurgaon, Haryana has been served on 24.03.2026. However, no valuation report has been filed by the SDM. Similarly, the concerned SDM in respect of Karol Bagh also stand served on 25.03.2026 but again no valuation report has been filed by the SDM. Whereas notice sent to SDM Sector MIE Bahadurgarh Haryana is awaited. At request of Ld. counsel for petitioner, let the SDMs Gurgaon, Karol Bagh and Bahadurgarh be again summoned through District Magistrate concerned on filing of PF as well as by all permissible modes with direction to them to file the valuation report.
